Which part are you more interested in? The recording or the uploading?
Recording music is very complicated, and which can have many different forms. For instance you could just record it with a cheap microphone using sound recorder (although you will need to record the right amount of silence first then rewind and record over it, as sound recorder only records in 60 second chunks) or you could buy software such as cakewalk or protools and be able to multitrack, mix and eq your recordings - or you could visit a studio and get someone else to do all the hard work for you.
As for uploading it to myspace, only people with band pages can upload music, and they can only upload music they own the copyright to (i.e. their own stuff). Once you have your profile it's a similar process to uploading pictures - band pages have the option to upload songs that normal profiles don't have.

you have to take a cd rename the song you wanna upload and then upload
