There is no law requiring disclosure of 'noise'. Noise is a daily part of life. Some rentals are located closer to such sources of noise, and others are not.

its kind of a ask and tell policy. i just bought a townhome and lord do i wish i would have asked that before i moved in. oh yeah if you are just looking around i would ask neighbors about what kind of area it is and things like that you know

If it is normal and routine -it would be nice.If it is temporary -NO!! I do not know of a law though.
