A tinted moisturizer is great for light coverage and many of them contain SPF. For natural looking eyes, I use a beige eyeshadow from the crease to the brow bone to highlight the entire eye area. Apply concealer where needed and some lip gloss or lip balm, and you're done!

I've become a MAC addict, so most of my makeup is from them. For lips, I use Barely Lit lipstick (golden pink- quite sheer), Illicit lip glass (neutral slightly opague gloss), and Stone lip liner. For eyes, I liked Naked (neutral beige/ with shimmer) pigment and Vanilla pigment. For cheeks, I like using anything from Revlons's Skinlights line. I've recently been going to a website (below) that shows you lots of makeup looks. It mostly focuses on eye make-up though. The sections are broken down by what color you are using. Check out the Natural/Neutral section.

My favorite "my lips but better" colors are:
Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey (sheer deep plum)
Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Cherries in the Glow (soft, natural, easy to wear red)

you should go to the make-up counters at gottchalk's or macy's and have them find you a sheer coverage foundation or you could try just wearing a little bronzer , a little vasoline works great on the eye lashes & also works as a little moisturizer for them with a sheer natural lipgloss

When I want a natural look I wear tinted moisturizer (plus a little powder on my nose), shimmering beige eyeshadow, one coat of brown mascara, and some lipgloss.
