Since you don't really know what they want, why don't you have them write a letter to Santa. They may think you are foolish, but you could make it a fun game. Have everyone in the family do the Santa letter thing and they won't feel singled out. Put on some Christmas music, make up hot chocolate and everyone sit around the dinner table and write your letters. Get some red festive paper and envelopes and have a fun time.

Be sure to have some of their gifts in cash. I finally gave up finding the right gift for my son. I just gave him cash so he could do his own shopping. Easier on me (no shopping) and after Christmas he got twice as much for his gift because everything was on sale for 50% off
I would go to the bank and see what novelty they would have. One time they had money in large sheets, one time it was a book of $1.00. you had to tear out to spend.

lots of luck. My difficult gift was always my Dad. If he wanted it he already had it.

well........how much are you going to spend on each of them is what you need to figure out b/c it has to be equal........

how about some itunes cards for their ipods so they can buy songs............. How about some scrapbooking stuff they can use to make a scrapbook with all the pictures they take.............There is a bunch of computer games.......

Maybe you can ask the 3 of them to make a list for you so they can tell you what they want so you don't buy something they won't be using......
