The Earth is the home of 6 Billion human beings and millions of species. Its is at least 4 1/2 billion years old.

The Earth has probably already peaked as a haven for plants and animals and begun its long descent into oblivion.

The biological impoverishment of the Earth is accelerating as human population grows. The share of bird, mammal, and fish species that are now in danger of extinction is in double digits—11 percent of all bird species, 25 percent of mammals, and 34 percent of fish.

It is estimated in the history of The Planet Earth there have been at least 5 Extinction Level Events that on average extinguished half of all species.

Even if there was ample time to warn the population of the world would governments and scientists do so? What would happen on Earth if the people of the Earth knew that the end was near? Would people go to work? Would people pay their bills. Would world governments and economies collapse? Would anarchy rule the world?

It's not a question of if the world will end, the question is when. The way it will end is also an unknown. The Earth is threatened by numerous world ending scenarios. Most would come with little or no warning. Will it start with an explosion or a sneeze?

Look people the next big one will start with nukes going off at the same time in Tel Aviv, NY, DC, and London. That will be from Iran's Hamas, next will be freighters in all of the US shipping ports having nukes in lead shielded boxes in the fuel oil tanks of merchant ships.

That will effectively take the US completely out of it in the first 30mins of WW3 Now after that North Korea will take South Korea and China will take Japan and as much of Russia as possible.

Europe will wisely sue for peace with China as the new World Super power. After things calm down a bit negotiations between the EU and China will take place.

The former US will be divided up between the two based upon the premise that France will not nuke what is left.

During these negotiations the EU and China will also plan a lightning take over of the middle east which will also be divided up between the two powers.

When all is said and done there will be peace and technological progress unheard of before. The initial spark of the war will be a pre-emptive strike by Lichtenstein on unsuspectinng Managua....it's always the quiet ones you have to worry about.

Global warming. We screwed up the Earth real bad and now we are paying for it. Also, people are talking about the end of the world coming in 2012 because the Myan calendar doesn't go beyond 2012. I don't think that it will end because of the Myans, but I do believe that global warming is going to end the world.

Jerusalem gets nuked and the whole world goes nuts cuz that just threw a wrench into the rapture plans of the warm and fuzzy folks with God, Jesus and Allah on their minds.
