is it ok to spray air fresherner when your pregnant?

Research has shown that even small amounts of air freshners and spray cleaners (once a week) can trigger or contribute to asthma. I don't know what effect this would have on pregnancy, but personally I would avoid it. I linked three sources for you to look at.

Yes. Just don't breathe them in deeply and try to use a little bit instead of saturating the room.

yes, why not?! the fumes aren't that strong and unlike cleaning agents they are meant to be smelled!
