I saw a question like this the other day and an answer listed all of the bills she's sponsored.
Personally, I don't think sponsoring bills is an accomplishment, it's her JOB. You don't give some one an award for simply doing their job, you give award for going ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty.
So, if I may, I will restate your question; What HAS Hillary Clinton ACCOMPLISHED in the Senate that is above and beyond her job?

Following the September 11, 2001 attacks, Clinton sought to obtain funding for the recovery efforts in New York City and security improvements in her state.
Clinton strongly supported military action in Afghanistan, saying it was a chance to combat terrorism while improving the lives of Afghan women who suffered under the Taliban government. Clinton voted in favor of the October 2002 Iraq War Resolution, which authorized United States President George W. Bush to use military force against Iraq,
excetera, excetera

Almost nothing... along with the rest of the Democrat Senators. What have the Republican Senators done...?
They've tripped up and stymied the Democrat senators.
What have all of them accomplished...?
ALMOST NOTHING... for which I'm very grateful.
Warm regards,
Douglas

Kept the attention off of her husband. So she can "appear" to be a (so-called) legitimate candidate for President.
