The fact that it was last updated in 2004 should tell you something.

The one thing SADLY lacking is their foreign policy...they keep screeching...get out of Iraq and NO War, but what are their plans to keep America safe?

In all fairness, I have provided the Libertarian parties platform, the GOP from 2004 and the current GOP Blog!

Please recognize that Ron Paul is a Libertarian and seriously consider the Republican ticket for 2008!

Thank you for trying to be an informed voter in 2008!

for 2008 I assume you mean. I think it's telling people what they want to here, like all politicians. They add a twist they will blame the few Republicans in congress as well as the House. They will act is if they have done nothing wrong ever just like they do even in non-election years. They will also dupe the ignorant and uninformed into thinking that the Dems are on their side.

Look at the answers above someone called the president a Nazi someone called the person who wrote this illiterate, that guy is a teacher, I would hate to be in his class. This is the kind of ignorant people the Democrats have duped.

Tax, tax, and more tax! And reliance on Big Government. Socialists, all of them. It would be like going back into time 1933 to 1940 The Great Deperssion prolonged by FDR, 17% unemployment, businesses and banks folding. Tax on taxes.
Wouldn't you think the people of this country would learn from history?

I don't actually think the platform's been finalized yet. Doesn't that usually happen around the Convention?

But the Democratic policy is that every American should have the same opportunities and rights as every other American, and that the government should ensure this happens, along with being there to help those who need it.

To gain control of the population and the economy in order to empose socialist redistribution of wealth. This is to be done through taxes and government regulation.
