are people really your friends if they don't like what you do or wear and benasty about it?

A real friend doesn't have to like evrything you do or everything about you or agree with you all the time. But if they're for real, they'll tell you honestly, without judging you as worse than them for it, and will continue to still be your friend. The ones who are mean ain't worth wasting time on. They're not real friends and you don't have to put up with any of that.

Even friends get jealous, but unless you ask for someones opinion on your hair or clothes or whatever then no one has the right to just voice their opinion. My advice is stay away from people who are negative and try to bring you down. Life is too short to be around negativity and your better off with just a few good friends than a bunch of crappy ones!

a true friend can say the same things as someone that hates you !!!
the difference is the way it is approached and said to you.
there is nothing wrong with constructive criticism if it is put in considered way , in fact true friends will point out mistakes etc where a lesser friend will not. that is simply becous they care !!
i would rather a friend tell me i look stupid wearing this or that than someone let me go out in it and be laughed at ....wouldnt you ??
but true friends wont be nasty about it

Okay so a good friend will give you there honest opinion but there is no need to be plain nasty. You just have to figure out this differance. They will look out for you and tell you if you sont look good in somethinf, for example. But if they are just being plain nasty then..... I wouldn't consider them a good friend.

there are friends that don't tell you anything those are the bad ones and there are friends that will tell you everything those are the good ones.see people want them to tell them the truth and i guess you have some good ones.some friends will tell you that your over dress so you don't have to look like a clown.did you ever ask them?why

Friends are supposed to support you whether it be bad or good... They should give you advise if you need it and never judge you... Hope this helps you out...

Me and my friends diss the hell out of each other then laugh it off afterwards. If you are able to laugh about it after and forget about all the nastiness then I think they're your friends.

friend is a term to losely used to describe mates or pals,
a friend will only offer advice in your best interest, or if you ask for it, but they would never be hurtful or vindictive.
a true friend is a rare gift and should be cherished
