I guess it all really depends on how much the cause is worth to you. In the case of Terrorism in the Middle East, they believe that their cause is worth dying for, but they don't see it as a defense of what is right, instead they see it as a means to take over the world, which is a HORRIBLE Ideology.
Now, WE as Americans see our cause as worth dying for, not as a measure to "take over" the world so to speak, but to defend the life and freedoms of others, unlike the Muslims who commit suicide in a false light, or hope if you will.
I hope this has been a help.
God bless!

Certainly. However, "terrorist" is too broad a term to discuss political influence. Many people who fit into the "terrorist" category are doing it out of religious zealotry instead of political gain. I think that everyone can concur that there are some things that are worth giving your life for. Personally, more than the idea of "freedom," (which is a word that is never literally used and no one is ever literally free), I would give my life in the pursuit of truth. When the end has come and you a stripped bare of everything, and your life has been lived, all you can have is truth, and I think that yes, that is worth giving your life for.

If you are referring to the terrorists who commit suicide to kill as many people as possible, it's not a political cause to them, it's a religious duty. They are responding to what they believe is a commandment from God to kill the infidels and become a martyr.
If you're talking about our soldiers sacrificing their lives, once again, it's not a political cause. They are presenting their individual lives willingly as a sacrifice, if necessary, to preserve our entire way of life as well as their children and grandchildren's way of life on into the future.

no longer until eventually we visit a 2-around, run-off election equipment, the place the coolest 2 vote-getters from the 1st around vote sq. off in the 2nd and very final around to make certain the winner. this could develop the prospect that gifted, third-social gathering applicants get a actual shot at non-compulsory workplace. it may additionally eliminate the Perot-Buchanon result on the best suited and the Nader result on the left. in any different case, the two significant events will proceed to dominate the political scene, a lot to our detriment.

What a biased question. I have been willing to sacrifice myself for this country and what they felt was important. When I made that choice it wasn't for a few individuals nor was it for a small group. It was based on what the entire country wanted and felt was important. My guess is that by electing the President on his second term was another indication that the country overwhelming approved of this countries decision.
For the thumbs down crowd, I can only assume you were part of the small crowd or just individuals. Like it or not it was for you too.

Terrorism is not a political cause. It is a direct threat to the life of my family and myself. That is obviously worth fighting for.

Most of your "terrorists" have been spewed someone elses thingking for most of there lives because these people did not have the freedom to become "free-thinkers" and educate themselves. Terrorists like to use the word "Martyr's" I prefer "Lemmings". No cause is worth it except self-preservation and of family.

Relating to terrorism, they believe their cause is just and give their lives for it. It's a cult plain and simple. They are told that their lives will be justified when they reach "heaven" where virgins await them. Little do they know that what awaits them are clones of Rosanne Barr and Rosie O'Donnell.

Is something to be handle with precaution. Some people think that taking revenge from terrorists will give them peace, but we have to avoid be like them to get our goals, and some how this is what's happening. We can't make justice acting like them.
