Yes, plenty of times. But not only that, I call when I get good customer service, or when an employee goes out of their way to help. One fella from my bank was so helpful, I spoke to his supervisor and he received a nice cash reward.

Whenever I try a product and notice something good about it---the packaging, opening and closing of it; or the good/bad taste etc----YES---I get their e-mail and let them know both positives and negatives. You'd be surprised how many free items they will send you coupons for either way. I believe the companies need to know and hear from the people who buy their product. I even e-mail companies regarding their advertisements and packaging appeal---esp the commercials---I just think we as consumers have an opportunity to be heard.

I've never been overly happy with a product that I felt compelled to tell them. However if I run into a problem and call support I often close with I am very happy with the functionality of your support staff and product.

As a matter of fact, I have! Hersheys has chocolate covered cherry kisses out only at Valentines and I want them all year round, so I called to tell them so. I've done it with Maul's BBQ Sauce, who sent me some free coupons, and other places. Hey, if they don't know everyone likes it they might stop making it! Thanks for an interesting question.

They get no sympathy from me. I as quickly as had to tell the lady on the telephone at virgin media how the cable worked as she did no longer have a clue. Now it is quite often India we get placed by way of to, i'm advantageous they are very super human beings yet their English merely isn't stable sufficient to handle a number of the calls. And as for revenues human beings phoning me, they could all fook off. i'm on the TPS yet they nevertheless call me and distinctive the time could cling up, me and my son stay right here and it unnerved me, thinking if it grew to become into something extra sinister. i won't be able to even block the calls because it comes up as inner maximum whilst my son's nurse calls and those calls i could take. *And exhales* advised you to no longer get me began lol!

Yes, I once had those Uncle Ben's rice bowls. I enjoyed the damn things so much I had to let the fuggers know how much I liked them by e-mail. They sent me free coupons for two more. I was happy.
