I have used one when I was a young girl, nothing bad happened (that I'm aware of), but they really scare me. I'm getting creeped out typing about them. Some people think it's hogwash, but even those that have used one that don't believe in them get a little spooked. I won't touch another one! You?

I have always said, don't ask questions you don't want to know the answer. A corollary to that is don't ask questions to beings not of this plane and they way not to do that is to not use oujia boards and EVP. My theory is that the living and the dead (but not passed on) inhabit this same area but in different planes of existence. Oujia and EVP interactions are something that they notice. It is safer in both planes to keep a low profile and be somewhat anonymous.
I get tickled at the answerers who have said that they don't believe it but wouldn't use one. What's up with that?

I had one when I was younger also and I really believed in that crap back then, but now I realize it is just a bunch of hogwash. Since two people are using it, one or the other is going to push the darn thing to spell what they want it to.

A few friends and I used one in Jr. High School at lunchtime in the girls locker room - no one else was in there with us and most of the lights were off. All of a sudden one of the showers just turned on all by itself - it was really creepy. It was a really old school building, also. That's all I remember!

Oujia boards open doors that aren't supposed to be opened. Sometimes they're not easy to close...you need to be careful...you don't know what you're getting yourself into when you sit around one.

I definitley believe those work, now I want to go get one! you have to do it with someone you can trust not to push the thing. Ohhhh something to do later ;)

They are creepy.
Since my dad is a preacher he talks to me about all this.
He says they can work if the devil is there with you.
Bad things can happen to you if you use it, so I would never want to try one of those things ever!
