I really hate how Kaiser jerks you around! I figured it would be easy to make the first appointment... Just call the number my OBGYN gave me and explain that I need a consultation... NOT!
I called the number, it was disconnected. I called the number on the website, it was disconnected also. I finally found another number that worked and the lady on the other line gave me ANOTHER phone number to call. I called and it was a recorded answering machine where I was instructed to leave my name, phone number, and address so that they can send a questionaire for you to fill out and return. That's it. No live person to talk to, no information whatsoever.
Does this sound right to you? Has anyone else had troubles with Kaiser's Center For Reproductive Health- Fertility?

So far I have no problems with Kaiser. I visited my OBGYN in July....my appointment was made quickly and it wasn't months away like some ppl think. I called to make an apt with the fertility doctor but was told i needed to attend a infertility class before i can actually see a doctor. They only have the class once a month...usually at the beg. The class was kinda lame because it was info I already know. I have an apt with the Dr. this coming Monday with my husband....I'll let you know how it goes.

I have had a great experience with Kaiser. You can e-mail you Doc. and get a direct number for the OBGYN or search on their website for your OBGYN and email them directly. You will get a quicker responce. If your not already set up with them online, it takes about a week for the passwords to come through the mail. Good Luck!

My mom had Kaiser and hated every second of it. I never got Kaiser because of her problems. Some people love Kaiser but I don't.
