No, if they end anything it will be non-daylight savings time. They keep staying in it longer and longer.

No...but the 2007 daylight saving time ends on this coming Sunday...don't forget to change your clocks! 'Spring ahead, fall back'...so set you clock back one hour at 2:00am on Sunday to 1:00am on Sunday.
