Don't know what you're getting at. Everything on earth stays there due to gravity. Country and state borders are man made and nothing to do with the physical aspect of the earth. If they could fall off, where would they go?

1) gravity 2)the sea its heat is a ubsorbent it reduces the weight on the earth.
