no.... back then there were no immigration laws to follow....although what the founders of this country did to the Indians was not a good thing, they do not shove it in our face....

It is the US government that funds schools and services, and the US taxpayers, Native Americans amongst them, who built and pay for these services. We subsidize poor people so we limit how many poor can come. Their better life is at our expense. The Native Americans did NOT pay for our schools or services when we came, by the way. And I don't see Native Americans illegally immigrating to south of the border where a different group of Europeans handled things a little bit differently than we did here.

I hope not. In order for the European settlers to be "illegal immigrants," the Native American Indians would have had to have LAWS which REGULATED immigration. To the best of my knowledge, they didn't.

As the Romans said if a nation is too weak to defend itself then it deserves to be invaded. The Indians were weak and we invaded now we own the land. Thats how things are deal with it. Plus all the people who were involved in taking the land are all dead and we are their descendants and the actions of our forefathers are in no way our fault.

Indians migrated to America at one point in history also. But the difference between a majority of todays immigrants, and that of the indians and Europeans is there are immigration laws now. Therefore making today's undocumented immigrants ILLEGAL.
