All of my family member's currently in Iraq and currently training to go feel exactly the same way...they want to know why the left ONLY supports reports of what they see as scandals! They even go so far as to demonize the troops themselves, Our soldiers are angry and feel betrayed.
Support the troops people and support the mission they have volunteered to put their very lives on the line for! Stand behind our soldiers and what they support!
God Bless this man for speaking out!

Amen. Because we are often manipulated by the system and media is a pawn. We are merely players who follow at will. Unless you research an open up your ears. Get to know a soldier for REAL. This brave man's words are common thread's through out the ranks. What will you leave us with? As if our mission was worth nothing? I brought back guys from Desert Storm air crew for Continental F/A. They wondered what can we expect at home? Many asked me that. Like Vietnam one said? God I pray these foolish politician's someday pay for the actions and remarks that have led our country into division. Bash the Commander In Chief in war time? Un heard of and how they have abused the public for personal agenda and gain. The worst as the Clinton's can be found to be the underlying cause of the spins and twists here. Just another Presidential election to them.
Shame. Thanks for sharing the piece. Was that Rush? Watch the hate on that one.

I agree. The surge had extremely began whilst the unfavourable comments began. It grow to be glaring the comments have been written until eventually now the hot troops arrived. not something could make the U. S. media happier than failure in Iraq, whether they might desire to manufacture it. edit: definite, Helen, the terrorists have killed a superb variety of Iraqis. that's why we are killing the terrorists, plenty on your consternation, i'm particular.

The majority of the media is liberal and liberal do not agree with this war. That is why they are bias in there news and will most likely cover stories of bombings and attacks and report how many soldiers have died instead of the success that is happening and advances that take place.

I respect the views of individual soldiers but soldiers do not make foreign policy. They simply carry it out. The foreign policy that got us into Iraq was flawed. The policy that is keeping us there is unknown. We have no indication from this administration what the goal is and what the exit strategy is.

I think the bottom line here is that the almighty "soldiers" are just normal people. Not magical superhuman holier-than-thou better-than me American citizens. They're people...
And like all normal people some are complete idiots.

They can find a dozen other soldiers over there that do not want to be there, that have no faith in the Iraqi government or the Iraqi soldiers they are embedded with.
