There are many learning site which will teach you step by step to create a website. Cubender is such a site for creating exceptional websites. You will be able to build a HTML5 or Flash website in a minute. You will also search for any other sites by searching them google or yahoo.

Much more user friendly then neopets. You can own pets, a house, make your own person, resturaunt, play zone and other things.
