These other answers here just point out to me that the women that said they don't want another dog to train just don't understand what a submissive male is.

A submissive male is one that is obedient to me. Yet I don't need to train him to be a dog. He is not to be a doormat. I don't want that either. But I don't want a guy that is so full of himself that he thinks that his dick is god's gift to women. And I don't want a guy that has so much stupid "macho" that
he needs to be "proving himself" to be God's gift to the world.

neigther do I want a doormat. a needy cowering "please, oh mistress, I'm here for you for anything you desire". Such drama !!! YUCK !!

No, i want an intelligent guy that takes initiative in the context of knowing what I like or want. My hubby is submissive. he is also quite an alpha male at work and with his buddies. I don't put him down in public and I expect him to conduct himself with respect but not belligerence.

Those women who cannot stand to be in the slightest control don't know what they are missing and... I wouldn't expect them to. Sam.... you cannot ask this question to people that don't understand the words.

I prefer a mixture of dominant and balanced,I don't want somebody to run all over me and tell me what to do all the time but I love when a man can not be a pushover and is more dominant

I like to be in control. Growing up I was incharge and know that my raising is why I feel the way I do today. I was involved in a relationship where the guy was not liking me being the person in charge. It didnt work out. I dated and married my husband knowing that he isn't the type to tell me how to do things or what do to. He would much rather let me handle things. I know there are women who would rather just be idle but not me!! However I do not come across as a ***** either. You have to be careful on not crossing that line.

No I want a man that has a mind of his own. If I want to train something I would buy a dog.
