Why am i like this?

Question

I always want to look my best. And the way I look best s when I straighten my hair all down.
But, when I put my hair up in a ponytail or mousse my hair curly I don't look as good as I do when I straighten it and leave it all down. I have very low confidence when I change my hairstyle.

So, I just leave it straight down and I keep that hairstyle.
But, it makes me feel ugly because I think the only hairstyle that looks good on me is that way. And it isn't fair that it's only me that feels this way.

And there's always some girls that always tell me "Why do you always leave your hair like that? You don't look good with curly hair? " Or "Why don't you ever tie your hair up?"

And it's sooo annyoying because they're always so interested in me.
And it isn't fair because all the famous celebrities do EVERYTHING with there hair and always look there best with ANY hairstyle and that's not how it is with me.

Why am I like this?

You, for whatever reason, have created an image of you that you consider "cute," any variation from that image makes you uncomfortable.

You are going to have to deal with that image before you can begin styling your hair on a whim and feel good about it (and remember that an expensive cut/style does not guarantee a GOOD cut/style! There are several ways to do this (you can use google to find tools to improve self confidence).

As for the celebrity issue...whether you believe it or not, some of them are even more self-conscious than you. There are several celebs that refuse to watch themselves on screen, because they think they look bad/ridiculous/etc! As for the hair issue...well, when you have a personal hair stylist available at the drop of the proverbial hat, and are willing to spend an hour or more a day (sometimes several times a day) in a chair to have a new style applied/repaired, you too can look lie you rolled-out of bed with every hair exactly where it should be!

Since most women don't want to be bald by the time they reach their 20's, and they don't have thousands of dollars a week to spend on their hair, the kind of extreme treatment the hair of the stars receives tend to remain in LA LA land...

You could look good bald if you had the confidence to carry it off. You look so good when you have straight hair because you feel better not necessarily because it actually is the only thing that looks good. Do your hair however, then wear some piece of clothing or accessory that catches the eye and takes it away from your hair. people will compliment you an your eye cathcing accessory and it might take your mind off your hair long enough for you to feel good.
Take other girls interest as a complimnet, they wouldnt be interested if you were boring.

There is following reasons :
1.You are not confidant person.Take hairstyle which you think suit you best. and if some body criticise then give them proper answer,say it's my style (u have any prob close ur eyes)
2. you are comparing urself with celebrities.At initial level they also struggled a lot ,read their hidden stories .see just in 1 sec no body make him stylist ,proper homework they do before making any hairstyle
so be confident ,be live in ur style .and don't compare yourself with celebrities(they do a lot 's of home work for this remember that)

I'm the same but I'm a guy. I don't really see the problem, if you like your hair straight just keep it straight?

The girl I've had my eye on for almost two years has never once changed her hair and I still think she looks as hot and I still love her (Even though she doesn't know it) since the day I met her.

I have that problem too maybe to fix it you could ask some real friends what would look good. Go to you hair stylist.
And also reassure yourself you are pretty no matter what beauty is not always on the outside.

If you look good with it straight just keep it that way, if you were ugly you wouldn't look good no matter what your hair was like. If people keep asking you why you don't change it just tell them you feel more confident with it straight and I'm sure they'll say something like "don't blame you, you look f'ing gorgeous with straight hair!"!

Because the truth is that you have more class and beauty than they have.
As a hairdresser, Go to a really good stylist and get a
consultation (do not cut your hair short!) ask him or her for some suggestions. My experience has taught me that the comments you get are signs of jealousy.
You go be all that God meant you to be!

Tell them to mind their own damn business! You put your hair as you like to - i think curly hair is exotic and sexy, while straight hair is well kinda boring. But it's your opinion that counts. Also different hairstyles look better with different outfits y'know? Try diff hairstyles with your outfit one day and see if you like it.

you need to build confidence in yourself it doesnt take words of others to do that . wear you hair in a mullet color it different change your foundation and everything else will ollow it sounds like you have gotten yourself into a rut . get out and change the color of your hair it could be with one change another will occur make yoourself happy and thother will follow i promise. good luck. change is good

Only one answer to that.. you are a human and female.. the worst combonation! lol we are very meticulous and want everything to look perfect and then you look up to role models that spend hours too look halfway good and think its supposed to just magically happen. it wont. you are probably beautiful no matter how you have your hair. just love yourself for who you are
