Not a good sign. Cronic headaches can be a result of a few things. One is high blood pressure. Another could be a brain tumor. Not a pleasant thought, or topic of conversation. Early detection and treatment are your best bet. Get to a neruologist for a scan or MRI. Stress is another. There are a few reasons, but no matter, he should go see a doc.

He needs to see a doctor and get a cat scan or this might be clear signs that he is having migraines and there is medicine for that. Or when he has a head if you have a walk in closet let him sleep in there close the door no lights for an hour and give ibuprofen and this might help his headaches.

He should stand on his head on the odd days of the month for 3 and a third hours and recite the Gettysburg address backwards 11 times....Or he could go and consult a doctor of medicine....by the by you did mean "headache"

If he hasnt seen a doctor he should, it might not even be anything bad. My younger brother had the same problem and it turned out to be really bad allergies

He needs to go to the doctor and tell them about what is going on. Hopefully, they can detect the problem or provide him with some type of medicine to help it.

change out his pillows that he uses, and have him go to the chiropractor. If it continues he should see a doctor, or a marriage counselor.
