It's about this little boy who sees a ghost of a girl..maybe in a church or someplace. The girl was murdered many years ago. She's humming this tune. The boy hears his uncle (i think it's his uncle) humming the same tune and realizes it was him that killed the little girl. at the end the uncle goes over a cliff...good story, eh? Anywho, I don't know why this movie popped into my head..it's probably about 15-20 years old. anyone know it?

actually, at the 9:02 mark you first see the girl.. and she sings the song at the very end of the clip.

Lady in White! That was such a cool movie. The uncle was played by Len Cariou (he played Sweeney Todd on Broadway back in '77) Alex Rocco was the dad and Lukas Haas was little Frankie. The movie came out in 1988.
