I am looking for the Best Restaurant that no one has heard of in Las Vegas.?

I am tired of all the commercialized places to eat. I am open to pretty much about anything. Any and all help would be appriciated!!!

silk purse ranch, out on the old 95 hwy. linen and lace tbl cloths, fire place, candle lite, stuffed artichokes, peanutbutter cheese cake ( home made ) tooooo good
