I want to print some images from my inkjet color printer onto paper that would stick to a garmet bag that is plastic. I tried using heat set but I could not get the heat high enough to set the image without melting the bag. I have heard of photo transfer paper that has an adhesive that sticks to plastic that is not heat transferred but I can't find it. Ideas?

I think you just need a big clear sticker sheet. I have seen them in the office supply stores.

You could also use "water slide" decal paper... but then you'd need to put some kind of adhesive on the back that would stick to plastic.
