Not at a zoo, circus, aquarium, etc. Actually wild and uncaged.
I'm sure some of you have actually seen, perhaps, a lion or elephant or whale in the wild.

Humpacks, Belugas and Bottlenose dolphins are the biggest aquatic animals I have seen in the wild. The biggest animal I have seen on land was this humongous Whitetail Buck that I saw while I was out riding my horse one day. He scared the crap outta my horse!

On dry land.
A Bull Moose.
That is one huge, beautiful and magestic animal.
In the ocean.
A Humpback Whale.
That was a spiritual experience that I will never forget.

I just saw a couple of Bald Eagles right here behind my home recently. That is an unusual sight for this area.

A bear in my backyard. It also had cubs with it. I live in the country so I get to see plenty of wild life.

Unless you count the native people of the Bronx ..... I've seen no 'real' animals in the wild.
