The kids are from 10-16 and I have one prize to give away. I can buy more prizes if need be...I want a simple idea that won't need a lot of organization and/or materials. Thank you.

The Mummy Game is fun. Divide into equal groups, and have a time limit. They decorate one of their teammates into a mummy using--you got it--toilet paper. Get the camera out for this one, and it's a ton of fun!

One game we played was to buy 2 of those big bags of halloween candy. The kind with the assorted pieces. Mark a couple of pieces in such a way that they are easily identified. Scatter the candy all over the floor, tables, and chairs. have every one pick up all the pieces then look thru them to find the marked ones. Whoever has the marked ones wins a prize. give everyone bags to put the candy in as they pick it up

i know a game when i was younger. they blinded folded us and one by one in a different room, made us put our hand into bowls of food and told us that each one was something grose! like peeled grapes was eye balls and spagetthi was like baby snakes or something haha. make a contest out of that somehow. or bob for apples is super fun or bob for something grose or a gag item like bob for severed feet or fingers you can buy in a store.
