Unscrew a showerhead and fill it with a packet of cherry kool-aide powder. Full body kool-aid mustache the second they turn on the water! Harmless, (eventually it will scrub off) but hilarious.
Baby powder in the hairdryer. Castor oil, or some other gross-tasting but harmless substance, on toothbrushes. Drawing on people's faces with sharpie marker while they sleep or giving them an eyebrow "haircut" (shaving off a piece or all of their eyebrow). Oh, and filling the toes of people's gym shoes with shaving cream was always popular at camp.

I agree with the first responder. What are or is "prnkys?" And why are 15 and 16-year old girls pulling on two 14-year old girls? To what is that purpose?

well be creative and use your imagination well anyway i do have some ideas.
bucket of water and when she walks in here room ( open her door) water comes on down mabey that there are a lot of things u can think of or mabey eating worms and putting them in her sandwhich.
