I love liver, but kidneys! Now when those are being cooked it's really bad!!
People who pick their feet then smell their fingers!
People with really bad body odor.
People with bad breath who get right up in your face!

Being I work in a hospital, I've seen a few gross things. One that comes to mind is this lady I work with. I've seen her put her fingers up her nose and then put them in her mouth. Plus, she doesn't wash her hands after using the washroom....yuck.
