help! I am 23 and i not had a period in 6 months, but I am definitely not pregnant and had been on and off for a while. But it went back to regular and stopped completley after april. i had quite a demanding job which i not in anymore and was burning lots of calories. i now just eating till i full regularly, but not pushing myself, not taking any overly strenuous exercise, but am getting exercise. but i am 110 lbs and 5ft 7. so as long as i looking after myself surely that's ok? over these last months have been pretty well balanced mentally i feel too. so should i not worry? i just do not see how there can be anything i doing wrong. it's just so confusing.

Women athletes stop bleeding due to lack of body fat & their cycle returns once the stop competing. This sounds like you, no body fat. It wouldn't hurt to go for a check up with your doc. & have some blood-work done, just to be sure everything is o.k. with your body. :)

Im having the same problem...I was underweight but not as severely as you...perhaps you dropped the weight quick?!?! That's what happened to me + STRESS. So, take supplements, drink an Ensure WITH A MEAL and be sure to get adequate amounts of protein, fruits and veggies. Try to eat better and not over do the exercise. That can cause it too. Eat at least 2 decent balanced meals a day, take your vits and snack a little on healthy things. Being underweight has just as many complications as not having a period (one of them)..and things could get worse. So, please research online and talk to your doctor...
Hope you feel better!!
Much luck
