He sounds like a winner..... The red flags should be flying with the message "Drop him now!" Forget the myspace, it isn't like that is very important anyway.
If he reaches out to you, and has a good reason for the cell being turned off . . . then give him another chance . . . but be cautious . . . He is most likely not a very responsible guy and you don't want to get tangled up with someone who can't even pay his phone bill.

He's having trouble with his phone service...maybe he ran over his minutes or hasn't paid the bill or has a lame phone service provider. Either way it's on him.

that happens if the phone is off, they ran out of minutes if its a pre-pay cell, or they did not pay their bill. Try in a week or so hun =)
