The company I'm working for monitors what your doing every single second and makes everyone feel uncomfortable. Do they have the right to do that?

Yes, they are paying you to work for them for a set number of hours, so they have every right.

Yes, they have the right to do that. When using company computers there is no expectation of privacy. I worked at a company where a guy was looking at pornography when he should have been working. It was also in plain view and inappropriate for the workplace.

Company computers are tools for the job and not meant to be used as recreation. Home computers fulfill that purpose.

if it's on their computers only then i say yes. the company i used to work for had cameras everywhere and monitored everything except in the bathroom. it sucks, but they're allowed.

Of course they do. they're paying you to do a job and they want to make sure you're staying on task.

it is their right and you usually sing a paper as condition of employment that it will be done. you can get dismissed
