The weather man said NACITS is the word of the day?

I look up in the Ohio sky and all I see is blue everywhere. The first person to tell me what NACITS means in weather lingo gets 10 points! What does it stand for?

Not sure, but "Not A Cloud In The Sky" FITS the description.
Here in MY part of Ohio, it's also a fitting description.
