It is telling me to contact my network administrator but I have highspeed always connected ethernet. Do I call comcast or is there something I can do myself. The internet works fine when hooked up to my PS2 so it is just my computer. Thanks!!!

It means your PC was unable to pull an IP addressfrom the dhcp server. If you are plugged directly into your cablemodem power cycle your cable modem. IF you have a router between your PC and the cablemodem power cycle the router. If this fails call comcast

Shut off PC, Modem, and Router.

Wait.

Keep Waiting.

Turn back on Modem then router, then PC.

happens with my dsl as well.
restar the computer and then if no good call the company customer service for some help
