Where can i get training as a waitress/bartender in zip 44240 (kent, OH)?

I want to work as a waitress/bartender and i do apply for the jobs but they are lookin for experience. Where can i get it?

Tell the manager of the restaurant that you want to train. Arrange to work as an apprentice (meaning, no pay, no tips).

You will pick it up in a week.

Then ask the guy to hire you.

If he will not, then apply around the city.

Somebody will hire you as an entry level employee.

BTW: Waitresses typically make more than bartenders.
