I think you have been asleep for the last 7 years, The conservatives had complete control of the US government and got us bogged down in two wars and are talking about
starting a third war in Iran.
Ran the National debt to $9,062,774,805,457.55 , making each Citizen share in this country debt of $29,870.38 .
Their actions and wars have made the USA the most hated Country in the world.

I think the Liberals and the rest of the world should wish those years could be forgotten.

It is not the left who have turned public life in this country into a schoolyard name calling contest. Further, it has not been a liberal President and Congress who have damaged the legislative structure to remove the need for compromise and enable an intolerant majority to impose their will.

We have endured years of Republican name calling and character assassination, with a vindictive attitude that not only refuses to compromise but attacks anybody who disagrees. Was it a Democrat who destroyed Valerie Plame's career in revenge for her husband's revealing a Presidential lie?

If the Bush League Republicans were willing to compromise we would not have ended up in Iraq in the first place. The budget would still be unbalanced, but our dollar would not be plunging like the damned Titanic and our troops would not be wasted holding territory we have no need of and will have to abandon eventually.

It has been the extreme right of the Republican party that created this mess through their adamance and doctrinaire attitude. Since they like the Bible, perhaps they should know that he who sows the wind reaps lots of the same. Who will waste a second on sympathy when the rest of us (and not just the liberal Democrats) ignore them when we take the power they have abused away and give it to their worst nightmare?

Senator Clinton has proved that she can compromise. So have Senators Biden and Obama. That is why we will be trusting the Democrats to repair the damage done by the unreasonable dictatorship of the GOP.

I firmly and irrevocably believe, the Left is ruled by the father of all lies. All leftist policy, immoral values, and beliefs have fundamental roots in specific lies. This isn't about vanity. They are for all things which are immoral, and against all things which are good. they lie about the meanings of words till good becomes evil and evil becomes good. Infanticide is changed to "the right to choose" Homosexual sex is changed to gay "marriage." I was just informed (by a liberal of couse) that everything we have was provided by a liberal for example Highway systems (I know a lot of hard working men that are conservitives that build highways and bridges), Police (again proud of you men, but I have met a lot of conservitive men and women), Fire Protection (This one hit really close to home since I am a paid and volunteer firefighter). But I do have to say that the liberal did give us unions to make sure usless pieces of ______ cannot get fired even if they cannot do their job.

Gawd no, how could they forget that? In case they even were to think about forgetting, the conservatives have been in power long enough now that there is no way to miss that this is their country (too?)
If you find yourself forgetting just watch the nightly news with its unending parade of politico-economic nightmares and eternal war. That notable nightly potpourri of FUBAR always solidly reminds me that the conservative Republicans are in indisputable possession of this country of ours.

From the example the Bush Administration has shown everyone and the corrupt Republican , self serving Congress, they can't help themselves from gloating. We need honest leadership in Washington instead of the career self servers. Someone with the integrity of Ronald Reagan and the political clout of the Clinton's. That's precisely why so many of us are registering as Independents this election. We need to weed out the old timers in our Government and take charge of our irresponsible , big spenders in office.

This right-wing viciousness and venom has been in reaction to the liberals’ dissent from and criticism of the Bush administration government propaganda about the Iraq War.
