Well, all of these are linear equations, I believe. Sooo...

The slope of the first one should be 1/4.
y=mx+b m is the slope. b is the y-intercept.

The slope of the second one should be 5.

The third one is 20.

The fourth one is 1/2.

The fifth one is -5, but I'm not positive on that one.

And the sixth one is 3.

In general, get your equation into "slope intercept" form. This is:
y = mx + b

Once you do that, you can just "read off" the slope (m) and the intercept (b) if it is needed:

PROBLEM 1:
y = 1/4x - 2
Already in the right format, slope (m) is 1/4.

PROBLEM 2:
-7y = 1 + 5x
Divide both sides by -7:
y = -1/7 - 5/7x
Swap the order on the right side:
y = (-5/7)x - 1/7

Slope is -5/7

PROBLEM 3:
-28y = 20x + 4
Divide both sides by -28:
y = 20x/-28 + 4/-28
Reduce:
y = (-5/7)x - 1/7

Hey, it's the same as the last one! Slope is -5/7

PROBLEM 4:
y = 1/2x - 4
Just read it --> Slope is 1/2

PROBLEM 5:
5x - y = 8

Start by getting y alone by subtracting 5x from both sides:
-y = -5x + 8

Now divide by -1:
y = 5x - 8

Slope is 5

PROBLEM 6:
y = 3x - 3
Just read it --> slope = 3
