Yes for they know it's all fake so it can't scare them. I knew a child that had been in The Patriot with Mel Gipson. It had the record of having used the most fake blood. The little girl on Jay Leno show when asked if any of it scared her responded with it's all fake giggling. So I think it's safe to say children can watch R rated movies there in for they know it's all fake.

With a parent or guardian supervising, as is true of all R-rated movies, whether they acted in them or not.

well if they go to thier own premier I would have to say yes. if they just want to go to a regular movie theartre like other kids i would think no.
