Besides the fact he's said for the past 8 years he doesn't want to be president ... do you really think he could win the Republican Party nomination? He's about as popular as syphilis.
Dick Cheney may be a lot of things, but he's not stupid ... he knows he doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning.

Mr. Cheney is not a fan of the spotlight. He is a business man at heart and really does not care to be asked a lot of questions. So, doing things like campaign speeches, media sessions, blogging, etc. It's not how the guy works. He does enjoy working the political system, he just prefers to do it behind-the-scenes.

OK, seriously, he didn't even want to be VP - he's not a leader, he's more of a political theorist who's long been intent on restoring the power of the presidency. (A goal which has clearly been accomplished to some extent.)

He is already the REAL President since 2001 that has organised the Afghan & Iraqui WARS.
He has phylosophically created the time indifined WAR on terror. Guess what, he belongs to many money founded thnik tank able to influence the next Republican candidate's MIND !!!

He is ugly, rude, mean spirited, uncharming, cruel, evil,
hated, and nobody would vote for a President that looks like
Uncle Fester from The "Adams Family". Besides he is making a killing literally on Halliburton so he doesn't need then small salary of the President's that compare to his proceeds from Halliburton one of the Billion dollar contractors in Iraq. He is going to cash in his poker chips from the oil revenue this war made him and go hunting more people.

Dick Cheney? I wouldn't even hire him to work at McDonalds. He'd probably screw that job up too.
I do give him some credit though, to have enough sense to leave Mr Disaster aka Bush in the dust sooner rather than later. That's about where my credit stops though.
