There are many ways to learn things without involving money.

For starters, you can join clubs (in High School, College, Community, etc.). But I guess, most clubs require a membership fee that needs to be refreshed either every month or every year. So if you really want to not spend money on anything at all, try watching lots and lots of movies. Mimic their lines and gestures. Try to understand their movements. Pick a good actor/actress and study him/her.

By the time you feel like you've already learned enough, try acting on short films (Like some Production Design Student's Thesis or something). Search for freelance directors who are looking for low-cost actors/actresses. (I know it's hard but I think we all have to start somewhere).

Acting, though considered as an inherent talent, can be learned if studied properly. Work hard!

You aren't going to be an actress until you are out of high school anyway, so don't worry about it. you can get a job and save for lessons then. In the meanwhile, be in all the school plays, if by the time you graduate high school you are not playing leads or major supporting roles, forget being an actress, you suck.

If your still in school, audition for all of the plays and musicals that you can. Also look into and see if there are any commnuity theater companies in your area they help give u great practice. You can look for local auditions for extra work, you usually dont need too much experience to be an extra. Also look online for monologues and memorize them and recite them to your family and friends and ask for feedback.
