I know that motion and skill matters a whole lot, but let's assume that the skill level is equal. Which matters more for female pleasure: the girth or the length of the penis?

Length is way over-rated. Its almost purely for show really. And whats good when you cant or its very painful to get full penetration. I dont really have the experience but Girth wins it for me just by knowledge that most women cant even get those long things in. Unless they do anal which is something i'll never try

Girth is more important to me. But when I'm in love or in a relationship all that goes right out the window.

used to think it was length and some women say that, others say girth, but like you said, you always hear the answer it isnt how big it is but how it is used, so i dont know anymore. us guys just gotta do the best with what we have and stay in tue with the woman.
