i tried everything, but there are spots that will not go away, because my son has cerebral palsy and he is most of the time sitting on the carpet playing, eating and everything, so any help for tough stains?

I would try sprinkling the carpet(s) with baking soda and table salt mixed together. It's not harmful and what it does is the baking soda will deodorize the carpet and the salt will pick up any loose dirt. If you can leave it on overnight the longer the better... Vacuuum really really well and you'll see the baking soda/salt will be grey ! We did this when we moved into our new house and the previous owners had 2 pets/smoked.. The house smelled so I left the bs/salt on the carpet for a few days vacuumed and it made a huge difference... If that doesn't work rent a rug doctor/cleaner and do it yourself... Just run some fans and circulate the air or if the carpet doesn't dry competely it can mold/mildew ! Another thing you can try is to get some regular shaving foam/cream and an old toothbrush.. Work the cream/foam into the stain and rinse with cool water... If you have a wet/dry shop vac it's good to remove excess water from carpet... Good luck...

I heard you put baking soda on the spot, then put white vinegar in a spray bottle and spray the spot. the baking soda will foam up. when it dries, sweep it up and do again if necessary. I heard this works well for cat urine.
