Christians are allowed to practice their religion freely in this nation due to the first amendment, they just are not allowed to be a State Religion that everyone is required to join

You have the same rights as anyone else. Why would you think otherwise? This is not a theocracy and so no particular religion is allowed to be coddled or to dominate any other. That was made clear by the founding fathers. What rights as a Christian are you lacking? No one is stopping you from attending church meetings. No one is forcing you to belong to any other religion or attend any other church? You may believe or not whatever you want to. This is one of the pillars upon which the United States was founded and what keeps us strong and unique from most other countries.

this is a touchy subject at best. technically, religions cannot ask for specific rights based on religion alone. a state cannot make laws specific to one religion (utah my be the exeption) meaning laws cannot be designed to benifit a specific religious group. rights are for everybody not just a chosen few. however, since christianity has been the dominant religion and despite the claim to the contrary, most laws are based on judeo-christian values, there is a palpable rebellion of sorts against christianity. also, christians may consider some new law as anti chistian and an attack on christianity but they are simply general laws applicable to all, christians or otherwise

We have the same rights as the Liberals, but just like in the case of prayer being removed from the schools. I just read an article that stated that the group that is fighting to have God taken out of everything, consists of only 14% of the American population, if the other 86% would stand up and make a stink that 14% would sit down and shut up.

Who are these liberals you are talking about? There is a reason for seperation of church and state. It applys to every religion not just christians. What if some satan worshipers wanted to go to your child school and do a lamb sacrafice on the front lawn. Would you be upset? Yes. That is why there is seperation of church and state. It protects every citizen from all religions.
Please as one christian to another stop watching and listening to drive by media like fox news and rush limbaugh. They make up stories and callers to upset people for ratings.

You guys had your chance--remember the lot of your kind that got voted out in the last election? People get sick of being lectured at by a group of self-righteous jerks who have no idea or concern for what actual Americans are facing on a daily basis.

OH yes the long oppressed majority.

Give it up, nobody has more rights in this country than a white Christian.

Rights Christians have that I do not enjoy:

The right to have their biblical text posted in every government building.

The right to have their teaching introduced into public schools?

Waaaaaaay to broad a question. You may want to elaborate on this. In the Constitution and in this Republic you have all the rights you need. What are you miffed about?

Christians have the same rights as anyone else just not more due to their belief system.

Most Liberals are Christians themselves so I don't know what makes you think they don't care about the rights of Christians.
