I believe that you'll be starting your period here soon within the next few days!! If you do not start your period within 5 days take another pregnancy test just in case, but I think you'll be starting your cycle soon!!

Hormones cause breast tenderness. This happens with PMS and pregnancy. If you had a negative test, it is most likely just PMS. If you don't start in a few days, take another one (and use the first morning urine).
Breast tenderness is not as bad if you drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine before your period.

Do you notice anything in particular that you have applied to your body before the sore feeling started? Especially at the underarms area such as deodorants, anti perspirants or powder. If yes, stop using it.

It's common for periods to cause breasts to feel tender.
