Peyton Manning does call his own plays and taking a knee with 1:18 left to go when the other team is out of time outs is the sportsman like thing to do.

OK- lets all go through the archives of both QBs and all the charity work they've done, the girlfriends they've had, the animals they saved, the time in second grade when they alerted someone that they had toilet paper stuck to the bottom of their shoe and then lets ask a question from someone clearly not biased at all with a name such as..i dont know...coltsguy...and then we'll really get legit responses!! everybody down?
BUT - if you wanna play that game:
The first tear in Manning's carefully constructed public image appeared all the way back in 1996 when Manning, then the quarterback for the University of Tennessee, was accused of pulling down his pants and shoving his *** in the face of Jamie Ann Naughright, then an assistant athletic trainer. According to court documents, Manning re-enacted the incident on a couple of occasions and called her a "*****."
You wonder how far that attitude carries over to his feelings about his teammates. Manning, while a tireless worker, often seems to be more concerned about protecting Peyton than bettering and protecting his teammates. Manning graciously threw his offensive line and coaching staff under the bus after the Pittsburgh loss when he said "I'm trying to be a good teammate here. Let's just say we had some problems in protection.''
Not to mention calling his kicker an idiot drunk.

It will be a slap in the face if the Colts do that....
To all the Patriots fans that talk more trash then the Patriots...
and I'm not a Patriots hater...My Dallas Cowboys have more then the Patriots will ever have far as Franchise goes... I have much respect for the NE...
So everybody don't write the NE for SB champs until they make it there~(Remember the 98 Vikins)

yes i remember that, and that was nice of the colts to do that... i am a pats fan by the way...
give the pats a break for once, they have a chip about the unfair treatment during spygate, and it WAS unfair... everyone called them cheaters and even impugned their past success, saying it is all tainted... the eagles started saying things like they want their rings... when the pats meet the eagles in november they will remember that... the pats didnt do anything that hasnt been done by all teams for decades, all they did differently was use a camera, why does that make it so much worse?
as for peyton being classy, he's not really that classy, actually he's kind of tacky in that he never sees an endorsement he doesnt like, to the point that he even joked about it on sat night live... brady on the other hand turns down tons of endorsement opportunities, and has taken less money than he could have from the pats in order to help the pats have cap room... brady might screw everything in sight, and good for him, but saying he lacks class is not fair, and is in itself classless...

Judging from your name, you're obviously a completely unbiased observer.
If you want to talk about class, I've never heard Brady call out his teammates. Manning, on the other hand, couldn't take a kicker (Vanderjagt) daring to insult him, so he had to insult him on national TV. He has also called out his offensive line after a game, essentially blaming them instead of himself for the loss.
I like Manning, but let's not try to act like he's such a better sportsman than Brady.

What did Brady do the first 6 times he played and handily defeated the Dolts? Colts fans can't even remember 3 years ago, the fools. Or are they just newbie bandwagon fans. Morons!!!!

Manning did that so the Pats wouldn't have a chance to get the ball and get a TD to tie the game. He didn't do it because he was being nice and "classy"

that'll be easily proven this weekend. the reverse will likely be true (score wise), except the play call will be a toss to the back of the endzone and possibly a two point conversion followed by an on-side kick....all in the name of "professionalism"

The coach gives Manning a play, but he is the master of improvisation! He will change it to whatever he sees fit at the line! AND with the numbers he puts up, and the games they win, Who is gonna stop him!
