on top of that I have had a UTI that keeps coming back. I also feel pregnant. Could it be?

Take a test,that is the only way that you will find out for sure and its also the smartest thing to do.

You could be pregnant since a woman is most fertile in the 18 months after pregnancy. But I think (not knowing much information of course) that your body could be needing some nutrients. Since giving birth your body has gone through lots of changes. Are you still taking your prenatals? If not keep taking them to get your vitamins. I would also discuss this with your doctor since some cravings could be harmful

if you had unprotected sex, you very well could be. I would take a test. It could also just be the hormones of recently having a child trying to regulate, but a test is in order if you are not sure. People get pregnant right after giving birth, hence the kids who are 10 months apart.
