Our bodies use a lot of energy in the morning. You need to eat more for breakfast, with a lot of protein and fiber. That'll keep you full til lunch. Otherwise have a snack at 10....

It's time for a snack! Your blood sugars have dropped since breakfast (or due to no breakfast) so it's time to eat a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.

i get that way too, depends on what time i eat in the morning, maybe 6 30 or 7 or so, then i get hungry again at that time.
