I favor Vegetable Alecha and Doro Wat. (Of course, since I'm a vegan, I replace the animal products with vegan substitutes.)

People, COME ON! How can anyone like anything more than Doro Wot? Especially the way our mom's make it !? Dang, my mouth is watery!
For semi-formal eating how about Tibs-Firfir with Shiro all around it and some salad? A cold Coke!

My favorites are Butecha,Shimbra Asa, Injera, and Vegetable Alecha is pretty good too.
