Okay for starters I ain't scottish, but I do think you're being a bit harsh.
What people forget is the bare reality that the United Kingdom is made up of 4 countries, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England.
No where does it state which country has the right to dictate to the others, it's just unfortunate that England is the larger of the four and in a slightly unfair move does appear to do just that.
The United Kingdom is exactly what is says it is, a 'United' Kingdom or four countries, who each have their own identity, culture, history and heritage, so maybe you should stop being so 'hooliganistic' and 'patriotic' for a second and put yourself in their shoes.
I don't want to see a disbanded United Kingdom and yes the Scotts do annoy the hell out of me when they start ranting about independance, but it's each to their own.
You may do well to remember that before posting questions like this, which by the way is now reported.
Have a nice day!

the united kingdom has been pumping funds into Scotland for some years. Did you think of you have been going to proceed to exist on the revenue from "Scottish oil". in accordance to international regulation on mineral rights to the sea mattress, the whole of the Brent field will belong to Norway if Scotland leaves the Union. And besides, by using the time Scotland has been by way of a referendum and a chain of felony stressful situations, the Brent field could have run dry. An self reliant Scotland is infrequently financially practicable. If Scotland needs to enhance into area of the ecu, it is going to could be conscious and undertake the Euro. do no longer anticipate England to help your distant places funds. in case you elect to proceed employing Sterling, you will could publish components to cover what you print. On a technicality, the united kingdom grew to become into shaped whilst England and Wales joined Scotland and not any opposite direction around. eire joined later. If Scotland needs independence, it is going to could throw England, Wales and northern eire out. which ability Scotland keeps the money owed run up by using an Edinburgh born best Minister combating 2 wars wherein England had no activity and his Scottish successor bailing out a Scottish economic institution. And what occurs to the Falkland Islands. Britain is pledged to help the close by inhabitants against Argentine aggression, yet they are of Scottish origins somewhat than English. Over to you: Argentina is damn sabres back and you do not have the veiled threat of a nuclear armed submarine.

You need to go back to school to learn some common sense. Scottish people pay the UK government income tax and national insurance. Let me stress 'UK', not England. England like Scotland is part of the UK.
Scotland does not rely on England for anything at all. You really lack common sense. People like you probably claim benefits and your benefits come from the tax paid by the English, Scottish, Welsh and people in Northern Ireland. A lot of it would come from the oil in Scotland. Scotland does not need England and most likely Scotland will be a much wealthier place when it has left the UK and I stress, UK.
What a pity that a great country like England would produce someone as ignorant as you.

Who says we'd want to go back to you if the country is in ruins? Especially after comments like yours. Get over yourself! I'd rather live in a country in ruins than in a supposedly "United" Kingdom full of small minded bigots like you.
Even your screen name "Second Class" shows you have an inferiority complex. What a shame!

There should be a proper referendum that's for sure and if the answers no then shut the so called Parliament down. The Tories are right about English votes on English only issues.
