aol are crap?

has anyone sighned up with aol with there free laptop offer and not recieved it?we have been waiting for months they keep promicing in two weeks well get it and we havnt,they put our old address as our new address and however many times we have tried to tell them we havnt got them to understand.Call centres in india etc.

Yeah AOL are crap-they also muck up your pc.Wouldnt touch them with a bargepole.i doubt you will ever see that "laptop"
