To be honest, neither of them really have a chance. The Rams have a slightly better chance. They barely made it into the play-offs a year or two ago with an 8-8 record. That would mean they would have to win out the rest of their games to even have a very very minute shot of making the playoffs. That year the NFC was not as strong as it was this year. It will take better than an 8-8 record to make it into the play-offs this year.
As far as Miami, stick a fork in them. They are done for this year. There are just way too many other good teams in the AFC that could gobble up the Wild Card slot with two of them being in just the AFC South (Jacksonville and Tennessee).

Did you mean the (Pre)-season....? I think they both may make it to next years preseason, but if the Dolphins go winless Commissioner Goodell may replace them with a new franchise.

They should both have no problem. I'm sure almost all the players have connections to the players on other teams, so they should have good hookups to get tickets.
